Have you worked at another school before? If so, where?

Yes, last year I worked at Stonington High School as a Security Monitor, which is a similar role to what I have now. Prior to that, I was a building substitute at Westerly Middle School for a few years.

Where did you go to school?

I went to Weatherly High School in Weatherly, PA which is in the Poconos. For college, I went to Lock Haven University, which is located in Lock Haven, Pennsylvania. The school was about two hours from where I grew up. I received a BA in Fitness Management.

What was your first paying job?

My first job was working at Sernak's Farm, planting and picking cabbage. I was 13 years old.

What is your greatest accomplishment? 

My greatest accomplishment is being a Dad to my daughter Abi.

Do you have any pets?

Yes, I have two dogs, named Kasey and Penny. They're both Brittanys and they're my second and third children. They have a lot of energy so I need to take them for walks twice a day.

What is your favorite holiday?

My favorite holiday is St Patrick's Day. I'm Irish and I enjoy celebrating my heritage.

What motivates you to get up in the morning?

I've always been an early riser. I enjoy the mornings and the dogs always need a morning walk.

What is your favorite part of WHS so far?

My favorite part is that I get to interact with the entire student body and staff. I've really enjoyed getting to know everyone and they've been very welcoming.
