• Assists in organizing and planning events/meetings.

• Coordinates directly with the Co-Presidents.

• Helps oversee other officers.

                                 CLASS OF 2026

• Assists in the budgeting of meetings.

• Collects receipts to provide the advisor with.

• Works jointly with the advisor to oversee the collection of dues.

CLASS OF 2025

• Takes pictures of the meetings which will be provided to use in advertising.

• Organizes club photos and photographs club events.

• Helps with social media and website.

CLASS OF 2026

• Keeps a record of the meeting agenda which will be shared with the advisor as well as the reporter to be added to the club website.

• Creates QR codes and takes attendance at meetings and shares it with the advisor and other officers.
