Your father, being quite the collector that he is, has collected a lot of famous puppets from around the world and throughout time. Most of them you only know because he collected them, but the ones you do are sort of cool. You'll start from the leftmost puppet and make your way to the end.
Handy Doody was a cartoon from the 50's. The 19 50's. He starred in this show where he (howdy doody) was ventriliquized by somebody, and would interact with children around the world, asking them to talk to him through their screen. The show lasted 13 years and had a whopping 2,500 episodes. The show was quite popular with children of the baby boomer generation, but people of all ages watched it.
Your father was in a puppet collecting convention in Nairobi, and he was invited to see the original Howdy Doody puppet. He went to see the puppet in a show-off from its previous collector, and then, when the collector was showing off a different thing from the 1950's, your father swiped the puppet with his SLIGHT OF HAND Fetch Modus. He somehow brought it back here and was able to have him in a few shows of his own.
The next set of puppets is Neil Cicereiga's Potter Puppet Pals. A relic of an internet grown antique. From your understanding, in the late 2x00s, there was a internet persona named Neil Cicereiga, and he made lots of various things, flash animations, songs, and for this point, a puppet show parodying Harry Potter. Little do you know, but around the same time, he made a song called BRODYQUEST. The song was later referenced in a Toby Fox remix of Megalovania, called Brodylovania. That song is what broke me, one summer day, when I saw "neil ciceriega" made brodyquest, and a lot of things started connecting. Back to the puppets, these puppets starred in several youpoop videosS on its birthing years, and they too were popular, but with teenagers of that time.
Your Father is actually good pals with Neil Cicereiga, so when Neil was giving away a lot of his props from his videos, your father asked to have the potter puppet pals. Of course, there was a lot of waiting for an answer, but your father eventually got the original puppet pals.
The next puppet is Alf. He was from a sitcom in the 1980's. He was supposedly from space. He liked to eat cats. You do not like Alf because he eats cats, and you are a cat. You don't really care for him, but your father, who grew up watching reruns of them, likes big ol' alf. He got this version from an auction where they were selling alf costumes and this one was special because it was only used once in one episode that never actually aired.
The nest puppet is Kermit the Frog. He is like a frog, who is a puppet, but also like, a marionette. Or that's what people think, it's actually not that and just a misspelling of puppet to give it a flair. He was in many television shows from a while ago, he was on mupet show, he was on henson tv show, and he was on sesame street...
Sesame Street...
You remember sesame street; you know how to get to sesame street...
-what! Oh yeah, puppets.
Your father got this puppet from the dumpster behind the henson workshop, there he took a bunch of old puppets that had gone into some decay, but your father put some magic spells on them to make them back in their original condition.
The next puppet shown here is some old shadow puppet from your father's most recent trip to asia. He went on a business trip to try to broaden his show into that market, maybe make a video game or something. Nothing has come of it yet, but your father still hopes something can be ironed out. The puppet has no special meaning besides that it's a puppet.
And last but not least...
