Rainforest

Tropical rainforest waters are highly threatened today by hydroelectric projects, erosion from deforestation, overfishing, and poisoning from oil and chemical spills. According to Chimu Adventures,’’The Amazon is the most biodiverse terrestrial place on the planet. Around 30% of the world's species, and 10% of the world's biodiversity, can be found there.’’ I feel mad because, if the Amazon rainforest is destroyed, rainfall will decrease around the forest region. This would cause a ripple effect, and prompt an additional shift in climate change, which would result in more droughts, longer dry spells, and massive amounts of flooding. How would you feel if your home was destroyed and you were homeless? So you can treat the rainforest as your home too.
