How to get your club on the Morning Announcements

Option 1: (New) Announcements form

Before you can use the google form, we have to make sure that you're actually who you say you are, so any club leader that wants to make an announcement over the form should fill out the Registration Form first. When you fill out the form, it's recommended to list anyone with a board position in your club so they can also submit announcements if they need to. Once you've filled out the form, your club will be verified with the name of your club's leaders on the Club Announcements Spreadsheet and you'll be free to submit announcements. 

As always, make sure to get permission from your club advisor to submit any announcement, as advisors will be automatically notified of any announcements submitted through the form.

Option 2: Email the front office:

To email an announcement to the front office, send an email to ltomlinson@wcpss.net and put your advisor's email in the Cc field. (That's an L (not an i) at the beginning of the email address)

Option 3: Directly deliver to the front office: 

You can also write your announcement down on a slip of paper and deliver it to the front office. All requests on paper must be signed by an advisor. 

Option 4: Have your advisor do it: 

Club advisors can also email the front office with announcement suggestions.
