Shawn Beard

Shawn Beard is the Techy Coach. An educator since 1996, he holds a BS in Education and a Masters in Curriculum & Instruction with a focus on Technology Integration. He is also a Google for Education Certified Trainer, specializing in Google Classroom and Google Forms. He currently works as Director of Technology at Sand Springs Schools. In addition to those duties, he is also a presenter for EdTechTeam and is the Leader of GEG Oklahoma. In his spare time, Shawn conducts training for schools interested in GSuite.

Cinnemon Buie

Cinnemon Buie works for Greenbush ESC as a Technology Integration Specialist. She holds Masters Degrees in Educational Administration and Instructional Design and Technology from Emporia State University, as well as, being a Google Certified Trainer, and Apple Teacher. In her 20+ years in education, Cinnemon has served as a classroom teacher/coach/advisor, director of 21CCLC programming, and district instructional technology support. She loves the challenge of staying current with education technology in the classroom curriculum. Cinnemon created and has maintained the Cool Tech 4 Teachers (www.cooltech4teachers.org) website for the past 11 years as a way to share current trends, resources, and ideas regarding education technology with teachers around the world.

Dena Dellere

Dena is a creative and self-motivated District Technologist with a passion for helping teachers, students, parents, and community gain the skills they will use throughout school, college, and careers. Her background is in teaching and technology support plus technology sales. As the District Technologist she supports a network of 626 devices both wired and wireless while providing help as a technology integrator to PreK - 12 at Oakley USD 274. USD 274 is in their 9th year with 1:1 devices. Pre-K - K have ipads; 1-12 have Chromebooks. Devices start going home in 6th grade. She has certifications in Google Administrator, Google Educator Level 1 and 2, and Google Education Certified Trainer.

She truly enjoys networking with other educators around the state and work to gain new ideas and skills to help impact student learning plus she tries to share a few ideas in return.

Teresa Lacock

Teresa is the Technology, Testing, and PD Coordinator for Kaw Valley USD 321 in Rossville and St. Marys, Kansas. She is a Google Certified Trainer with a diverse background in the field of education. Teresa enjoys tailoring professional development to meet the needs of school districts. She also enjoys presenting at workshops and conventions.

Carol Nelson

Mrs. Carol Nelson is the Education Technology Specialist for the McPherson USD 418 District. Carol is a Google for Education Certified Trainer and ISTE Certified Educator. She received her Masters in Curriculum and Instruction from Wichita State University along with an Educational Technology Certificate. Her career in education has provided her with experience with all grades kindergarten through college. A well as experience in both private and public school settings. She is passionate about teaching, learning and technology.

Gail Ramirez

Gail is a Curriculum Technology Integration Specialist with the Topeka Public Schools. She trains professional staff on integrating technology into her teaching and learning. She earned dual Bachelor of Science degrees from the University of Kansas and a Master of Science in Educational Technology from Creighton University. She has obtained certifications as a Google Certified Trainer, Google Certified Admin, Adobe Certified Trainer, MIcrosoft Instructional Expert, CK-12 Certified Educator, Apple Learning Specialist, and PearDeck Certified Coach, Freckle Ambassador, and FlipGrid Teacher. Gail has presented at national conferences, ISTE and TCEA, and numerous state and local conferences

Travis True

Travis True is the Curriculum & Technology Coordinator for USD 501 Topeka Public Schools. Prior to his current position, Travis was a Middle School computer lab teacher for 13 years. He received his degree in Elementary Education from Sterling College and his Masters in Instructional Design & Technology from Emporia State University. Travis works with teachers to help them successfully and seamlessly integrate technology into their lesson and everyday work life. Travis is Google Certified Educator Level 1 & Level 2, Google for Education Certified Trainer, Certified Promethean Trainer, Apple Learning Specialist, and Board President for MACE-KS.
