The chamber of time was a featured added in update 2.1. It cannot be interacted with until you have clicked on the orange lock in the basement. After this has been done, it is accessible by clicking below the coming soon page until a door appears. It will be locked until the Master Emblem has been purchased from Scratch. After purchasing the Master Emblem from the secret shop, you are allowed access.
