INSPIRATION

HandiCheck was inspired by Mark Feltner. Mark is our teacher, Mrs. Sellers' brother. We realized how important it is that places are handicap accessible. Mark is in a wheelchair. He lives in Orlando Florida where finding a handicap accessible place is critical and can be a challenging. Many places claim to be handicap accessible but are actually the complete opposite. With this app, we hope to identify locations that believe to be handicap accessible but need improvements. 

WHAT'S NEXT

In the future, we hope to turn our website into an app using MIT App Inventor and Personal Image Classifier. We want to expand our app to larger cities. Since Mark Feltner, our inspiration, lives in Orlando Florida we would like that to be our next target.
