When Abbie and I started this assignment, we had a completely different idea, but it didn't work out AT ALL. We quickly decided we needed another plan and started brainstorming. We came up with building a man out of Play-Doh. After watching what we had started we decided it needed a climax and an ending. The ideas we came up with were to either roll the man out with a rolling pin or squash him, we settled on squashing him with a shoe.
This took us many weeks of setting up the camera and figuring out the lighting. Keeping the placement the same and getting the focus on the camera to be correct was definity the most challenging part of this assignment. Overall, we are happy with how it turned out and think it is funny. We had lots of fun while creating this stop motion animation.
Bracketing Aperture and ISO
Unity, Variety, Contrast, Emphasis
The moss and rock have two very different textures and colors and that is what gives this photo contrast.
The dark green of the tree against the soft brown of the trees in the back give this photo emphasis of the tree.

The subject of this photo is in the center of the photo to bring the attention to it. I did this by make the center cirle of the slide frame the subject.
Camera Angles
Camera Angles is about using the camera to give different perceptions of the photo from different angles.
Rule of thirds is when the focal point of the image is on either side of the grid meaning it is on the right side or left side of the image you take.
The focal point of this photo is the girl sitting in the chair. She is on the 1/3 line of the photo.
The focal point of this photo is on the third line of the grid. The focus is on the girl on the ladder.
The flower is the focal point of the picture. The flower is on the left side of the grid.
The focal point of this photo is the flower in the photo. The flower was focused on the left side of the image,
The tree is the focal point of this photo. The tree is focused on the right side of the photo.
