I proposed to do a book review, and executed it how I wanted to in the beginning. I did not add any additional work, I was happy with what I had accomplished. There was not really a meaning behind it, I was just making a review/summary for the people watching my video. I learned how to be comfortable with speaking in front of a camera and how to use certain effects in premiere pro. One of the strengths I had was the time I had to complete the project. I didn’t really struggle with fitting stuff in. I had many weaknesses that included too long of a book to review every chapter, not having a good quality camera to film with, and having trouble with internet, absences, and other things when I needed to edit on the desktop. I would definitely film more clips on a future project and try to manage my time better. I faced challenges with equipment failing such as the audio, and internet.
For this picture, I bracketed 3 photos by putting the camera on the setting "Aperture Priority", to make sure the aperture stays the same while I change the shutter speed to get different exposures. I put the three pictures into photo-shop to blend them together and get a brighter, more detailed photo.
For this photo, I took four photos of my backyard landscape using a tripod. I made sure they were slightly overlapping, to create a smooth blend. I put them into photoshop to create the panorama effect, and I think it turned out exactly how I desired in the beginning.
We proposed to create the story of Moana with the most important scenes. We accomplished everything that we wanted too. We added a volcano and fire to one of the scenes to show maui and moana defeating Te Fiti. The content was the main things that happened in Moana’s life when she grew up and decided to go explore on her own. A little girl growing up and doing what she wanted to do as a child. In our story it shows teamwork. We learned how to use premiere, we learned how to be patient and compromise. We learned how to make different scenes for different acts in the movie. The strengths are how many scenes we made, and the amount of time was put in to create the scene. One of our weaknesses was the clay not cooperating and getting hot and melting. We faced a challenge getting the clay to cooperate and not using our time wisely to take photos, we focused more on creating the scenes. Use our time wisely and don't use the wrong clay.
For these longer exposed photos, I placed the camera in a dark room, held a flashlight, and swirled it around to make the shapes I desired. The shutter speed had to be very long for it to capture all of the movement.
For the shorter exposed photos, It was difficult to have a short shutter speed and to get the aperture just right, but the goal was to capture a moving object to try and create stillness.

My assignment for this week was to research some famous photographers and use their portfolio to find some inspiration. I chose multiple photographers such as Paul Nicklin and Elke Vogelsang. These two photographers specialize in taking pictures of animals/pets. I mentioned which photographer I thought of when taking each photo.
Light and shadow photos can make the light or the shadow in the picture the focal point. I have a few examples attached.
My assignment this week was "Frame the Subject", which basically means you have to frame the focal point to make it stand out more.
My assignment for this week was to take a couple of photos where the focal point fills most of the frame of the picture to put more attention on the subject.
My assignment this week was to experiment with different camera angles to make things look bigger, smaller, weaker, or stronger compared to the rest of the scene.
The Rule of Thirds is a rule to follow that makes the focal point of the object in a different location than the center of the photo. Following the rule of thirds means you put whatever you want the focal point to be on one of the 1/3 points of a grid.
