The objectives of this project was shading and using measuring and sighting. I also used the viewfinder to make sure everything was in the right place. The first couple of days I built and figured out where I wanted everything to go and be placed. Then I started painting the sky and the grass and then I worked on painting the pond. I used hot glue for the waterfall and then after it dried I painted it blue. I like nature and I really like waterfalls so I did a waterfall in the middle of the box and worked on the rocks on the outside of the waterfall. I made the trunk of the tree with a spot that curves that's lighter than the rest of the tree which shows off the curve. I shaded everything that has a shadow under it or where the light shines down on. I demonstrated 3 dimensional shading on the rocks going up the waterfall and on the horses with the shading under them and on them. I improved my drawing by adding more detail to the water and the rocks on the side of the stream. I put the shadow that was behind the horse farther up which made it look way better.
