BEFORE FUNDRAISER:
Fill out the fundraiser form at least 2 weeks before the fundraiser and turn in to the bookkeeper
Request a cash box at the bookkeeper office (MUST be a couple days in advance - NOT day before)
Fill out the budget form linked here + give to the bookkeepers
Submit all to the bookkeeper- email: jsimpson@srvusd.net
AFTER FUNDRAISER:
Return cash box to the office

During your club meeting, the secretary of your club will keep minutes of your club in order to keep track of meetings. Here is what you need to include:
All members in attendance
Date/Time/Location
Pre-approvals and Reimbursements (if needed)
Summary of meeting details (New + Old Business)
Use this template to format your minutes! (You MUST fill this out FIRST).
Then, submit your meeting minutes online via THIS FORM.
REMEMBER!! In order to be deemed an active club, meetings need to occur at least once a month and minutes need to be submitted as meetings occur. Don't know if your club is submitting minutes?
