This section is bigger than the others, because I do a lot of art at home :D
Traditional origami crane made with colorful origami paper.
~fancy~
I followed a YouTube tutorial to make this.
the tutorial I followed/ credits
(JeremyShaferOrigami, Flapping Bird Boat - CHINA - YouTube )
I folded 1,000 cranes a while ago, and now they chill in a cardboard box.
There are smaller ones at the very bottom.
And yes, some of them were previously my math homework.
I actually made this from toilet paper.
If you pull on the edges, it expands to a full square.
Red and black ninja star
multicolored ninja star -->
<-- same as that closed one. This type of ninja star can sort of change forms.
Ninja stars made from printer paper, math homework, and origami paper.
I learned how to make this boat a few years ago with this video: How to make a paper boat that floats - Origami boat. (youtube.com)
Made with 6 smaller pieces of paper, connected to make one cube.
60 pieces of paper, connected to make this. There are many types of "Electra Kusudamas" out there. Some have 24 pieces, some have 30.
Each of the 24 pieces are the same as the 60 piece one.
There are three of them in this photo.
Red and Yellow kusudama
Black and White kusudama
Blue and Purple kusudama
Flower pattern kusudama
It looks like it wants a hug.
This is a "golden venture" origami piece. Look in "2023-2024" and "origami" to learn more.

These are just extra pieces, I thought it would be fun to show.
Dodecahedron
A dodecahedron is a 12 sided figure. These ones are made from 12 smaller pieces of paper, folded, and put together.
The purple one is made of construction paper, and the one with writing on it is made from my homework paper.
compressed spring
don't mind my sister in the background
lengthened spring
Spring Into Action!
This took me so long, almost a week to figure out.
it lays flat like a circle, but if you press on any of the sides, it expands out.
If only I could make a toy car with a hundred springs...
Pots made of paper
This is one of many. They're not good pictures, but I wanted to show this because it looked pretty cool in real life.
Bookbinding; rainbow sketchbook
This was made with rainbow paper. So that's how books are made... I wouldn't want to bind "Journey to the West," it has like, 2,350 pages.
If you want to see more of this, watch my video: I made a rainbow book! #bookbinding (youtube.com)
Totally not an advertisement...
Bookbinding; "doors" sketchbook
This was the first book I put together. I don't know why I chose to let it open like that, but it looks alright. The end pages are made of paper grocery bags.
If you want to see more of this, watch this video: I made my own sketchbook #bookbinding (youtube.com)

Book-folding
This book was found at a book-trading box in my neighborhood. We put in books, then take out books that other people left in the box. Then I did this to the book. I'm sorry whoever built the trading box, but like, everyone trades in baby books so...
This took about an hour or two, and I followed a template.
I folded each page into a specific shape, creating this!
Golden-Venture Swan
This took a week. Maybe I'm just slow.
At first this just looked like a really weird pigeon.
This was actually the first golden-venture project I did, so I guess I'm not improving by making the simpler things, lol.
This takes about 320 pieces. I learned this from youtube, obviously; How to make a 3D origami Beginner's Swan (youtube.com)
