Do you offer free quotes?

Yes! We provide free, no-obligation quotes for all of our gardening services.

What services do you offer?

We offer:

• Garden tidy-ups

• Weeding

• Planting

• Leaf removal

• General garden maintenance

• Hedge Trimming

• Lawn mowing (customer provides the mower)

Which areas do you service?

We currently provide gardening services in Remuera and Ellerslie.

Are you available all year round? 

As The Garden Keepers is run by dedicated high school students, our availability may be limited during the school exam period, typically from late September to early December. During this time, we focus on our studies while responding to enquiries where possible. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to continuing our gardening services outside of the exam period.

Do I need to be home?

Not always. As long as we can safely access your garden and we've discussed the work with you beforehand, you don't need to be home.

How do I request a quote?

Simply complete our Free Quote Request Form or contact us by phone or email.

How are your prices decided?

Every garden is different, so we provide personalised quotes based on the size of the job, the amount of work required, and the time it will take.

Do you bring your own tools?

Yes, we bring our own gardening tools. If lawn mowing is required, we ask that customers provide their own lawn mower.

How can I pay?

We currently accept payment by bank transfer. We may offer additional payment options in the future.

What happens if it rains?

If bad weather prevents us from working safely, we'll contact you to arrange another suitable time.
