Realistic Self-Portrait

artist statement: the first thing i started with on this project was my hair, i found this whole thing really challenging but i still pushed through and did my best. back to what i was saying i started with the hair it was kinda hard but i just really looked at my photo and tried to point out and find where the dark spots were and where the lighter highlights were them i just started to make lines and on the darker spots i made more overlapping lines so they would be darker and i did it square by square at a time
