Used in class 15 minutes a day as part of our schools Social Emotional Learning Curriculum.

How to continue Choose Love at Home

Choose love has adapted their program to also be offered in homes. The objective of this program in homes is to give families a healthy way to grow together. Some of the options the program provides includes self-guided videos, activities, and dinner table discussion ideas. These will help teach families how to manage their emotions, communicate in healthier ways, and create a nurturing environment.
