Regional STAR events & Officer elections
Our professional presentation level 3 team received a silver and advanced onto state in April!
Chapter vice president Jax Connolly was elected as next years Public relations/membership district officer.
Our other chapter officers are taking Leo (Leadership Education Opportunity) projects to state and helping with STAR event competition.
FCCLA
Family, Career and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) is a national Career and Technical Student Organization (CTSO) for students in Family and Consumer Sciences (FCS) education in public and private school through grade 12. FCCLA offers intra-curricular resources and opportunities for students to pursue careers that support families.
Mission
To promote personal growth and leadership development through Family and Consumer Sciences education. Focusing on the multiple roles of family member, wage earner, and community leader, members develop skills for life through character development, creative and critical thinking, interpersonal communication, practical knowledge, and career preparation.
