Four-Year Academies
8th graders interested in applying for 1 or 2 Academies, use the links on the websites to the right to keep track of important dates and application information. Open House events are held for each Academy starting in mid/late October. Be sure to attend if interested in any Academy!
Applications for the 2026-27 school year will:
Open on Nov. 7 at 7 a.m.
Close on Dec. 5 at 10 p.m.
Academy invitations sent at 4 p.m. Jan. 9, 2026
The Academy accept/ decline window closes at 10 p.m. Jan. 16, 2026

5th Grade students will be responsible for completing and turning in the Course Request Worksheet (signed by an adult at home). Current 6th & 7th grade students will be responsible for entering classes into StudentVue AND turning in the Course Request Worksheet (signed by an adult at home).

This course is an elective class for students who are college-bound.
Students learn college and career readiness skills to enhance academic
success. Students will set goals, learn about time management and
note-taking skills, create a four-year high school academic plan and work
effectively in collaborative groups while learning about future college
and career options. Enrollment Note: Students are selected for this class
based on teacher recommendation. This course may not be offered at
all middle schools
