In this project, the requirement was to make a poster about a hypo-kinetic disease and write about its definition, symptoms, statistics, negative impacts on daily life, and exercises that can reduce the chances of developing this disease. Our group chose hypertension because we didn't know what it was and we were curious. It's really just another word for high blood pressure. I think my group did pretty well with time management. Vincent drew the letters, Micah did the drawing of the pressure meter, Jaeden and I did the research, and I did the writing. We got the whole thing done pretty quickly. If I could do this project again, I would get the poster earlier so we would have time to outline the writing and other small things like that. But overall, this project went pretty well.
