Content:  We designed and built a s shaped bench. This bench wrapped around two trees. We did this because one side will always be in the sun and the other side will be in the shade.  This way it will work all year round. Materials wise, we decided to use pressure treated redwood as our frame and supports. Then we used heart redwood for the top boards. We chose these because pressure treated redwood is cheap and very easy to aquire around us and we chose heart redwood because it can last very long and it is smooth so no one gets splinters. Our blueprints are very simple as we just repeated one part multiple times. Our bench is somewhat expensive at 700$. Our 3D model was quite hard to build though as we had no experience with it and was hard to get everything to scale and size.

Reflection:  The two areas I did well on in this project were critical thinking and collaborating. I did well on my critical thinking by doing the blueprints and the slideshow. I did well on my collaborating because we all got to have certain parts or things added to make our bench and we were able to have a good finished product.

Two areas I can improve on are leadership and time management. I felt like I could improve on my leadership because I couldn't tell certain partners to do certain things, and I want to improve my time management for the next project because we were all over the place, some people were measuring while the other was inside and we were waiting till the end to do the necesary parts. Next time I want to speak up and take charge in my group and be more assertive telling other poeple what to do.
