Outdoor Furniture Design

Background 

We were tasked with the challenge of creating a design for outdoor furniture that could potentially be built for our campus. The design had to meet several criteria, including being cost-efficient, comfortable, dependable, and suitable for use at San Marin High School. We had a tight deadline of just a few weeks to accomplish this task.

The Process 

To begin our project, we started by brainstorming and generating various ideas for our design. After careful consideration, we concluded that the ideal location for our bench was on the front side of the GYM . The area lacked seating, making it a perfect location for our project. We then decided to create a bench that offered a comfortable space large enough to accommodate a considerable number of people.

Reflection 

I am satisfied with the collaborative efforts put forth in this project. Our group demonstrated strong teamwork and effective communication, resulting in the timely completion of tasks. As we move forward, I aim to enhance my critical thinking abilities and strive to present clearer, more detailed ideas to contribute more effectively to our group projects.
