Semester 1

We were given 2 block periods (1hr 30mins) to create a poster on a specific hypo-kinetic disease (A disease related to, or caused by, insufficient activity and lack of regular exercise). We were assigned a group to complete this poster with, my group was Cody, Frank, Kai, Ellis F, and Ellis S (Me). We were assigned the hypo-kinetic disease cancer, we chose to do lung cancer specifically. Here is the final product of our poster:

Approximately 130,180 American lives are lost annually.

Reflection: This project was pretty easy and we were able to easily complete it with the given time. I felt like I was very good at collaborating with my group. I was very productive, stayed on task the whole time, and did a good amount of the research, drawing, and writing. I think I was good at communication. I communicated with my group on what needed to be completed and we all were very good at communicating our ideas for the project and distributing the work,

I do feel like I could've been a better conscientious learner. I didn't feel like I did my best work on this poster. My artistic abilities were not able to be shown during this project due to the time restraint. I also think I could've been better at being creative. This could've helped our poster a lot because I just did what was on the instructions and didn't think on ways to make it more aesthetically pleasing and added a lot more details to our poster making it more enticing. I can take these 2 things that I could've done better and implement them into my next project to make it better.
