Construction Process
Our team designs the limbs online through Fusion 360 and Onshape (3D software apps)
Then we print our limb designs through creality 3D printers
We connect the paw and bottom lower limb with a screw.
The silicone inlay for the nub-socket is made through a mold with liquid silicone rubber.
There are two nails in both leg segments, holding a rubber band that acts as an exterior flexor.
The ‘paw’ grips the floor using friction from hot glue grips, bringing the leg to an extended position.
We plan to sell the prosthetic for 175 dollars.
