For this project we had to choose a hypokinetic disease and research it. We then had to make a poster with facts and symptoms of the disease. For our disease, we chose type 2 diabetes. It is generally caused by genetics and lifestyle (no exercise or movement/ unhealthy diet).

On our poster we included: symptoms, causes, treatments. We used bullet points and images to explain each category.

Reflection
Reflection
This project was really interesting because it gave me the chance to learn more about diabetes. My group and I all demonstrated leadership by taking responsibility of making the poster and researching. We also all cooperated really well together in the work process. I do believe that we could of had a better work ethic/demeanor because none of us were super excited about the project.
