Ipad Information

I will follow the “Network-Acceptable Use Policy” for technology for North Hills Middle School.

I will stay on-task during class and am aware that the iPad can be monitored, locked or taken at any time.

I will bring my iPad to school fully-charged everyday.

o I am responsible for completing any work that was missed due to my iPad not being charged. All uncompleted work can directly impact my grade.

I will take full responsibility for the care of my iPad.

o I will not leave the iPad unsecured

o I will not give my iPad to another individual without teacher permission

o I will not eat or drink near my iPad.

I will ask permission prior to recording audio and taking photos/videos of my classmates and teachers.

o I will not use audio, videos or pictures taken for personal use. All audio, pictures and videos are for educational purposes only.

I understand that my iPad is the property of North Hills Middle school and can be inspected by a teacher or administrator at any time.

I will use my iPad for academic purposes only.

o I will not engage in unapproved apps or games during instructional time.

o I will use search engines responsibly, and only for the assignment(s) given.

I will not delete or tamper with setting and configurations set by North Hills School District

I will report loss or damage to the iPad immediately

I will not take my iPad to any area of the building where iPads are restricted.
