EduTyping
EduTyping, Jr. is appropriate for elementary school students. The curriculum introduces new keys by rows where students first learn the middle row, then the top row and the bottom row of the keyboard. The content is designed with a strong focus on sight and high frequency words. Instructors can customize how many lessons students are required to complete. Use the slideshow above to get started with your students.
Scope & Sequence of EduTyping
The scope and sequence is designed to provide teachers with a structure and format that will maximize learning touch typing. The recommendations are based on seven years of data analysis and user field tests. Although instructional programs vary from school to school, the scope and sequence provides "best practices" information and recommended benchmarks that are applicable for any keyboarding instructional program.
