General Information:

All KUSD staff and students in K-12 have access to tools within the Google (G Suite) domain.

• K-2^nd grade students do not have access to their gMail account and are not required to change their passwords
• 3^rd-12^th grade students have access to gMail accounts and are required to change their passwords at the beginning of each school year
• Students will also need to login to their Google account once on a KUSD computer or Chromebook prior to accessing the accounts on an iPad.
• School Board Policy 6633 must be reviewed with students to ensure they understand their responsibility in using digital tools.
• Teacher gMail addresses end in @teachers.kusd.edu
• Student gMail addresses end in @students.kusd.edu
• Students under 13 years of age are limited in the use of their gmail address to create accounts on learning websites (see Under 13 documentation); teachers should communicate with their ITT/ITTC for more information.
