Workshop for Graduate Students - Modelling and Intelligent Control Group , IIT Mandi

Inspired by the success of the first-ever research students workshop at IIT Bombay, the Modelling and Intelligent Control (MIC) group at IIT Mandi is hosting the second version of the workshop for graduate students (both Master and Ph.D.) working in control and related fields. This workshop aims to create an opportunity for research scholars to casually share their research and get feedback on their ideas from fellow young researchers in a more relaxed setting compared to a typical conference.

Students from various institutions and universities will give short, 20-minute talks about their research during the workshop. After each talk, faculty members from IIT Bombay, Mandi and other sister IITs will discuss and share thoughts with the speakers. We welcome Ph.D., M.Sc., and M.Tech. students from various fields like Aerospace, Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, and Data Science. Join us to learn from others and share your insights, breaking down barriers between different areas of study. Let's make this workshop a special opportunity for students across the country to connect and learn from each other.

Registration Details: There is no registration fee for the workshop and we welcome any PG students who wish to attend the talks. The attendees other than the selected invitees are responsible for arranging their accommodation and meals during the visit. Although a limited number of hostel rooms will be reserved for the attendees, it will be on a first-come, first-served basis and no guarantees regarding availability will be given.
