Artist Statement
Artist description: It’s just a girl, a girl who has been through alot just because of her skin color. She’s been beaten up and bruised, all because she wants to be treated like a person, a human. It means alot to me because all this stuff that has happened to people of color could happen to me.
Quote: Anthony Ramos - What does freedom really mean cuz what i’ve been told aint what i believe.
