Being given my first leadership position as Assistant-Company Leader in my CCA-Girl Guides, communication , discipline, and critical thinking were needed as a leader for a uniform group as there were many times when I would have to give instructions to my Guides and to think on the spot of a solution on a problem that has occurred

      Through a year of hard-work, perseverance and the assistance of my senior guides and teachers, I was able to learn and enhance my skills while leading my Company for a year . 

As a Sports leader - understanding, perseverance, and use of encouragement is very important. Being put in charge for Sports related activities in my school such as Sports Day and our school annual runs, our role in encouraging and providing aid to the students has really taught us on coordination and learning how to care for our peers.

Selected by subject teachers to represent my class in english related events such as "English week" and acting out video skits on values for students to learn. As an English Champion, i was able to experience as a tour guide during my schools' open house in the year 2022 where i learnt how to analyse and answer questions quickly given by families that i took.
