This resource was created by Christine Angela Manalang, Daniela Mari Recinto, Kayla-Marie B. Gigante, Allison Quintilla, and Brock Albee, Occupational Therapy students from Dominican University of California for the class OT 5103.2: Program Development in the Community.
With collaboration alongside our community partner, Huckleberry Wellness Academy, we aimed to develop a program that guides students through the transition from in person school to online learning in the midst of the COVID 19 pandemic.

The need for these resources are based on existing literature and data collection from our community partner related to challenges with lifestyle and routine changes from the immediate transition from in-person to online schooling during the COVID 19 pandemic. We want to make sure that high school students continue to participate in school while maintaining a healthy balance at life.
