JROTC CADET LEADERSHIP CHALLENGE

What is JCLC?

• The JROTC Cadet Leadership Challenge (JCLC) is a week long camp during the summer, held at the New York Military Academy, that focuses on leadership, teamwork, and physical/mental discipline.

• Schools from across the brigade come together to create a functioning battalion, with the help of cadre and instructors.

• A select amount of Delsea cadets may be chosen to fill in leadership positions, in which they will go up to the camp a day in advance.

• Cadets have the opportunity to earn the N-3-11 Summer Camp ribbon for completing JCLC.
