Cadet Lieutenant Colonel (C/LTC) Sarafina Cavagnaro is the current Commander for the Crusader Battalion Corps of Cadets. Sarafina is a Senior at Delsea Regional High School and a LET 4. Her past positions include Battalion Assistant S-1 and Squad Leader. Cadet Cavagnaro has previously participated in our successful JLAB Academic Team, making it to round 2 last year.

Outside of JROTC, Sara has demonstrated strong leadership, dedication, and a passion for service through a variety of extracurriculars. She has been a committed member of the mock trial team for three years, serving as captain, and has also competed on the track team for three years. She volunteers at Mullica Hill Hospital and is actively involved in the National Honor Society, Interact Club, and GEM Club, reflecting her academic excellence and community involvement. After high school, she plans to major in political science with a minor in foreign affairs or international relations, with the goal of pursuing a career in government, politics, or as a JAG attorney.
