The FIRST Robotics official season kicks off in January.  As part of the competition this year, the DCHS Robotics Team, along with robotics teams from around the world, will use engineering skills to complete the new challenge launching January 10, 2026. We will have six weeks to design, program, and build an industrial-sized robot that will compete in a three-team alliance against another alliance of three robots. During the six-week build process, our team collaborates to build a mock playing field, engineer a competitive robot, and program and test the robot in preparation for competition.
