My story is about me pitching a game, and getting hit by a line drive. Their was three balls two trikes, and the batter kept on fouling the ball. After she fouls that last foul ball, the next pitch she hits it right at my shoulder. This was a fun project to make, and challenged me to think outside the box. 

I was nervous coming into this project. Looking at everyone's amazing artwork, made me question if this was going to be a hard or an easy project. I learned how important the dots were in this project. I was expecting my project to not look the best, but it turned out better than I thought. My favorite part about this project was shading, and my least favorite part was doing the dots. Overall I think that this project was a fun and challenging project to do. 

During this project I learned how to add texture to a painting. I also learned that you need to work fast because the painting will dry. This project was hard at first, but once I asked questions I understood how to do it. Overall I think that this project was fun and relaxing to do. 

I learned how to use clay and mold a jar with my hands. I also learned how to scrape the insides of the jar and glaze the jar when it is finished being shaped. My goal was to learn how to use clay, and i did accomplish this goal because I learned how to use it but I think i could have done better and made it look more smooth.     

I learned how to add a hole in the clay so that when i blew in it, it will make a noise. When adding the hole in the clay, the hole has to be a certain size and have a slant in it. My goal was to make a whistle that makes noise, and I did accomplish that. 

I learned how to use water color. Some Technics and skills I learned with using water color is adding details to the painting.  You can do this by doing different layers intill it gives you enough detail. I also learned that you have to work fast with water color, and let the water do the work. 

For this project I used oil pastels to make my project. I learned how to blend colors together to make the background look blury. I also learned how to make something look sharp by using a color pencil. I enjoyed working on this oil pastel project.
