this is my clay bowl. I really like how it turned out. I love the color. One thing I wish I did differently is choosing a different design and making it look cleaner

This is the second project we completed this year. To start this project I got a plastic plate and took some flattened clay and molded the clay in the shape of the plate. after I had the shape I liked, I fired it and then did 3 coats of the green glaze. I then traced my design onto it in pencil. Lastly I scraped the glaze off the parts of the design. Then I put a clear coat of glaze and fired it again. Overall I like how it turned out. 

This is my personal logo project. I decided to make the M cursive which was really difficult. My favorite part of this project is the black and white pictures on the outside of the B. I really like this project and it was fun to make. 

 This is my clay animal. I chose to make a whale because I really like whales. They are beautiful animals and I tired my best to depict that in my project. This was a difficult project to get the proportions right.  I decided to add a Santa hat also just for fun because we are getting close to Christmas. I love how this project turned out and I'm excited to give it to my parents as a gift!

this is my foam project. I made a lip gloss. This project was kind of difficult because of all the details. I strugged to write on it so I kept it as simple as possible. Overall I am happpy with how it turned out. 

this is my raku vase. I first made the vase using coils and then I smoothed it out. I carved my design into it and then it was fired. After that, I glazed it and fired it again. I am not a fan of how this turned out. 

To make these bowls I Iearned how to work the wheel and how to center the clay on the wheel. i made 3 bowls and 1 mug and I am happy with how they turned out. I also really like how the glaze turned out. 

This is my tissue paper lamp. I made it using reeds, hot glue and tissue paper. This project was very challenging and I struggled. The design I chose was hard to execute so I do not love how this turned out.
