During this project, I shockingly learned so many interesting things. Some examples of things that I learned is that I learned how I can take something so small and make it into something big with a meaning behind it. Each student was given only a few things, and as you can see in the picture I decided to make the scene of when my dog (Duke) started a fire in the kitchen. This was a very fun and unique project and I loved it so much. I really liked how well my kitchen ended up and all the little details I ended up adding. Overall, at the end of this project I am so glad that we did this and I would totally do this again.
Through the journey of this project I learned many things. With that being said here are a few things that I learned, I learned how to do the dot system by just using 1 strip of paper. Another thing I learned is how to add value to a picture and how much better the value makes your picture look. 1 last thing that I learned is how to make everything just right and you want to add as much as you can and to not give up. There was many challenges but also some strengths during this project. Overall I'm really grateful on how my project turned out and I'm so glad with all the new things I learned throughout this project.
Throughout this project I went through some ups and downs. As the ups were going good and I started to learn the different ways of painting and how I can make it look more out of the picture rather than just flat. I also learned that you have to be very consistent in your painting and you want to make it look interesting with adding different colors to crate different shades. Going on with this project, throughout all the ups there was also some downs that I came across. I had to redo my sky at least 4 times because nothing was turning out right and I didn't like the outcome I was getting. One other thing that I struggled with is getting the right colors to blend well and making it look good. Overall I really enjoyed this project as in the beginning it was a little frustrating but I ended up liking painting rather than the hand drawing and I'm very proud with the outcome I got from my painting.
During this project, so many memories came back into my head of working with clay and making such random things. With this project, my favorite thing about it was that our jar had to have no meaning behind it and we couldn't make it something specfic. The part that I mainly struggled with was cutting the top and making it wavy. I thought that this project was very interesting and I loved how my project ended up with all the many different colors all around. Our task was to create a jar that had to have NO meaning behind it and it needed to be something out of the blue which was very random. Overall, I really enjoyed this project and the many tasks that needed to be overcome to complete.
In my opinion this is by far the best, most fun project that I have ever created. I had so much fun making my whistle and I loved the outcome of how it turned out. I find it very interesting that you can make a whistle out of clay that actually works. Throughout this project we had to make a whistle that would then have a meaning behind it and it would actually turn out to be something. This project was definitely my favorite project that we have done so far and I would show so many people how it was done. In the end, I loved everything about this project and I would do it again.
All around this project I had so much fun in the process of making my bowl. Throughout this project we were told to make a clay bowl using coils. We had to come up with our own design and then use that design to put onto a bowl. Once everything was done with then we would then need to glaze it so we can make out bowl pretty. I had so much fun with this project and I loved the end result of mine. Overall, I am so glad that I was able to make a bowl that I can actually use and I am very happy with the end result.
Throughout this project, I found it to be one of the easier projects of this year. I learned as lot about water color during this project and I really enjoyed it. I didn't struggle with a lot in the project but the most hardest things was probably trying to fix the seahorse from making it not flat. My most favorite thing of this project is how much detail I added to my seahorse. It makes it more alive and vibrant. I had a lot of fun throughout this project and I would most definitely do it again.
The oil pastel was one of my favorite art projects. I did come along some difficulties with being able to get the right color and also blending the white was really hard for me. I was able to learn many things about oil pastel such at how to make my ladybug look like you can see the wings with just oil pastel. I really love how the outcome of this project came and I would most definitley do this project again.
The cover of the bird stamp project was one of my favorite stamps. This was the rainbow stamp and I loved how it turned out. I loved all of the things that I learned throughout this project and I'm so glad that I decided to do a cardinal. The hardest part about this specific print is to make sure that you line it up and not mix the colors so it doesn't combine to one color. Overall, I really love this print and I'm really happy about this project.
These are my other 4 prints of the project and these ones consist of double print, regular print, water Color, and banana paper. Out of these 4 I really like my double print because it reminds me of some type of illusion. My book of the prints turned out really well and I loved the way that my book turned out. I really like this project and the steps that we did to get this ending result. In the end, for the last project I really enjoyed this one and I would most definitely do it again.
