I actually really liked this project because it's simple and it could be used for a lot of things. I did wish it turned out more blue because that's what the original color was, but it turned out green. I ended up giving to my grandma so she can use it as a salsa bowl.
This was one of my favorite projects because it's simple and I'm planning to put jewelry or other stuff on it.
I liked this project because you could put anything you want on it. I made this for my grandma because I didn't really know what to do with it. I'm really happy with it and I'm surprised how it turned out. I used Toasted almond for the base and ginger root for the little circle in the middle.
I really like this project because I got to incorporate all the things I liked into it. My initials are LV. My favorite part was the Cane's chicken finger and fries, and the collage . I decided to add the Redbull last minute because it matched the beach next to it, and it's the Sea Blue edition. There's a shark fin coming out of the water because a shark is my favorite animal. The collage is a bunch of things I like like albums, my friends and pets. Overall this was really fun, but it was a long process.
This was definitely one of my favorite projects we've done this year because I like how it's all one color and it was very rewarding when I finally finished painting it. My friend made a turtle for me to put on the side and I think it really pulled my sculpture together.
This project was interesting, but it was hard to bend the reeds together. I was frustrated, but I was happy with it when I got done. It's supposed to be some kind of flower, and I'm planning to hang it up on my closet ceiling because I don't have a light in there.
This was my first time using a pottery wheel! I didn't really get the hang of it so my friends had to help me, but I like trying new things, and they turned out really cute. I'm giving a couple of these to my mom for mother's day.
This was probably my favorite project all year. I got to customize it any way I wanted to as long as it was a certain height or length. I decided to add lily flowers since they're my favorite flowers, and made them coral and orange, since they're my favorite colors. Sadly, the biggest flower broke off of the back (not shown) so I was really upset about that, but I can just hide it if it's against a wall. I'm super happy with how it turned out, because I wasn't sure how the colors would turn out since I blended/mixed them on some parts. It looks a lot more vibrant in real life than in the picture. I added some gold paint on the little stems coming out of the middle or whatever they're called.
