I thought this project was going to be hard at first when I had saw what others drew for theirs. It ended up being fun using my creativity. I am happy with the result.
Going into this project, I knew that I would have to work long and hard. It was difficult to shade since I second-guessed myself, which made it worse sometimes. The lines were also difficult because the method of connecting the dots was questionable. In the end, I am happy with the results.
Landscape Painting
Seeing other projects that past classes had done, I thought that this was going to be hard. The key to achieving the perfect color was very hard because putting a little too much of one color would wreck the whole color. The project was easier once you started painting, since the painting was just shapes of colors. In the end, I am happy with the results.
Clay Bowl
When I started this project, I was happy because I prefer working with clay over paint and drawing. This project was also easier in my eyes, since the mistakes could be corrected without the bowl being ruined. In the end, I am happy with the end product.
Clay Whistle
I enjoyed the project. This was a relief to do because it was small and simple. There wasn't much to mess up on besides making the whistle, but it was easy to restart. The whistle's design was also easy for me because I instantly thought of a snail when I saw it. In the end, I am happy with how the whistle came out.
Clay Lantern
I like this project. The freedom to design the sides was fun because of the many different stencils and stamps. The only difficult part when assembling the project is making the same design on each side. In the end, I enjoyed how this project came out.
