When we started this project, I was a little skeptical at first. I not only had to build the box myself, but also come up with an original way to design it! However, I ended up really liking the process! It was cool to see how eight, flat, slabs of clay could come together to make a 3D box. My favorite part of this project was carving out the different, smaller hexagons on the sides of the box. If I could change anything about my box, I would have made the brown exterior a lighter, more pastel color and made the smaller hexagons more noticeably different yellows. Overall, I was super impressed with myself! I loved the bee theme as well, it was super fun to create the pot and stick, as well as painting the little bees on the top!
