This is a pencil drawing made from random lines that the class made. This project was definitely a great project to start with. It really got me thinking, and it helped freshen up my art skills. It was really hard to figure out what I wanted to draw with the crazy, different lines, but the final drawing looked like what I imagined. If I could change one thing, it would be the jellyfish kites. I could have drawn something that tied the picture together a little bit better, other than the jellyfish.

This is my hand drawing. We were required to hold a tool and create a picture using only a pencil. We started with dots to find the placement of the lines, then outlined our hand, then shaded it in. I am very proud of this project because I never knew I was capable of drawing something so complex. The dot method took a long time, but it definitely paid off.
