3D Art
Dot Art Project
This project was a learning experience, from the shading techniques to how to make the hair, my knowledge was expanded.Â
Sgraffito Plate
My sgraffito plate inspiration was drawn from nature. My theme of woodland flowers displays itself in the etched design. I decided on the color green because I thought the earth tones would compliment the flower and nature design of the plate. My favorite part of making this plate was the design etching.
Square Bowl
Making my square bowl was an interesting project. I chose to make a square bowl because that design was my favorite. I am happy with the color because it reminds me of the ocean. Although it is not perfect I am happy with how my second art project turned out.
Realistic Clay Animal
My clay animal was inspired by my dog Paisley. I chose to make my animal look like her because she is amazing. Working with the clay and adding texture was a new experience that I enjoyed
Foam Art Project
This foam art project was made to look like a Glossier wild fig balm dotcom. It was a new experience working with a realistic object.
Raku Pot
The experience of making this Raku pot was both interactive and fun. I not only glazed each color three times, I also got to watch and participate in taking it out of the kilm.
Pottery Wheel Bowls
Making these pieces was my first experience creating pottery on the wheel. I also got to choose which glaze for my pieces.
India
The experience of practicing the different mediums has been a learing process the past few weeks. I found that the oil pastel was hardest for me. The colored pencil was also a new experience, however even though the colored pencil was difficult I think that this is the medium I will be choosing.
India
The process of drawing this portrait was a learning experience. I think that the end product was not what I expected. I hope this child feels special and cared for when they recieve their portrait. If I could say something to her I would tell her she is beautiful and God loves her.
