This is a joint event with East's Neuroscience Club! Dr. Chung is a neurobiologist at Boston Children's Hospital.

Free in-person and online lectures from students, physicians, researchers, and medical professionals on various medical topics. Click here to register! In-person options take place at the Chapel Hill Public Library and both in-person and online options are from 5:30-7:00 pm each Tuesday in February.

Every year we like students to research something they're interested in and present their findings to the club! This meeting will be to go over the project guidelines and how we can support you. One of our amazing members will give us a short presentation on CF to give us an example of an amazing project!

Dec 6th - Service Hour Project, Make origami with us!
We will be volunteering with Kits to Heart in making crafts for cancer patients. Kits to Heart is a nonprofit organization that provides aid through care packages to patients who are currently undergoing cancer treatment. We will be making heart pillows, origami, and writing encouraging cards in Ms. Berge's room
Oct 13th - Guest Speaker, Juliana Powell (Lunch in the Library)
She is a speech pathologist and the lead study coordinator for Dr. Zajac’s Speech Research Lab. She has a Master of Science in Speech and Hearing Sciences from UNC and completed her clinical fellowship in Craniofacial and Surgical Care.
October 4th - INTEREST MEETING! (Lunch in the Black Box)
No pass is needed! The presentation we go over will be posted on the website after the meeting.
