For this shot, I wanted to highlight the unique lighting of the game by showcasing the glow of the setting sun. I raised the highlights and the exposure just a bit and made the tones a bit warmer to highlight the orange and yellow glow from the sun.
For this shot, I took a gamble on the positioning based on what play I thought the offense was going to run based on their formation. Thankfully I was right, and got a really cool shot of the wide receiver in the center of the shot with ample lighting from the right that highlighted the action.
For this shot, I wanted to draw the viewer's eyes towards the subject of the photo, who is the quarterback wearing number 8. I did this by lining myself up behind two players both to lead the viewer's eyes to the center of the photo and to give the viewer a better feel and feel like they are on the field.
For this shot, I was planning on getting a shot of a player under the lights. I got a nice low angle, and lowered the exposure just a little bit while also raising the contrast a bit to both increase the dark sky around the player and highlight his face and the aura from the light behind him.
For this shot, I wanted to highlight one of the seniors on senior day. I got to a low angle with the stands in the background and got a nice portrait of him running along the sidelines. I bumped up the clarity and dehazed the photo a little bit to give more texture to the subject.
