Senior Portraits

Summer is a great time to take your senior portrait! Once you have selected your yearbook submissions please upload them to: www.hjeshare.com (code: vsaa) or share them on google drive: 28138@vansd.org: 

PLEASE MAKE SURE TO NAME FILE: LASTNAME_MAIN, LASTNAME_TOP, LASTNAME_MIDDLE, LASTNAME_BOTTOM

Senior Portraits details:

Deadline:  We need all photos, quotes, and signatures by Friday November 15th, 2024!!

Specifications:  

+Submit 4 photos for the yearbook

+Main photo must be vertical orientation

+Other 3 photos will be used on the side (see this year’s yearbook as a reference, they can be either horizontal or vertical, but horizontal photos will be cropped vertically)

+ Please identify your main photo and the preferred order in your email or label files accordingly.

+ALL photos must be submitted as high-resolution (150 dpi) digital files.

With the subject: Sr. Portraits: student name

Baby Ads will be available to order starting in September for 2024 seniors.

Baby Ads:

To honor the completion of our child’s school career, the VSAA yearbook staff is offering you the opportunity to purchase your senior a Baby Ad. Any thoughts, messages, or memories you choose to publish, along with selected pictures of your child, would serve as a very memorable way to show your student that you are proud of their accomplishments. 

Baby Ads cost $50 and are one-quarter of a page. **Keep in mind that the space for Baby Ads in the yearbook is limited; spaces are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. 

Please pay for your Ad early to reserve your spot! You must pay before sending in photos and message.

Deadline for photo/message submissions:

Friday December 6th, 2024 or until we sell out

+Message should be no more than 100 words

+Please submit electronically (scanned, high-resolution images, 150 dpi)

How to submit:

Once you’ve purchased your baby ad:

1. The first step is to choose a layout that best fits the message and photos you want placed in the yearbook for your senior. Choose from the three different layouts. Specify the layout you plan to purchase by circling it on the back of this paper or let our business office know upon purchase.

2. The second step is to write a message on the space provided in the parent letter, or email your message to: rebecca.paterson@vansd.org. *Please note* Your message should be no more than 100 words. 

We prefer to receive electronic submissions for images. Please have any old photos scanned at a high resolution (150 dpi) and have a jpeg file uploaded to: hjeshare.com (code: vsaa), or share via Google drive with 28138@vansd.org -in this email you can also include your message, your child’s first and last name, and choice of layout.

 **Be sure to mail or bring in your $50 payment (payable to VSAA) to reserve your place in the yearbook first!**

If you are unable to scan your photos, or send them electronically, please include the following in an envelope:

• A printed copy of the parent letter (see below) with your message, child’s first and last name, and specified layout.

• Desired photo(s) labeled with your names so that they may be returned June, 2023.

  • $50 payment. (All checks payable to VSAA)
