Group discussion among JATI PUTRA RESOURCES member were done in the morning or afternoon session on Friday. The meeting and discussion was done via Microsoft Teams and Whatsapp.

Point of the meeting :
Discuss and finalize company goals, theme, objective and purpose.
Select a suitable department and position for each member.
At the end of our discussion, our project manager divide the task based on the requirement needed in Technical and Financial report via WhatsApp. All of member need to come out with relavant proposal that answering the ToR given by Dr. Zakiah.

Point of the meeting:
Revise our technical and financial proposal based on comment by Dr Zakiah.
Discussing a suitable cv template.
At the end of our discussion, we decide to correct use a synchronize cv template for all of member. Besides that, we also recap and correct the report based on Dr. Zakiah feedback. Based on feedback given by dr, we need to emphasize our introduction/ background about our study area. Dr also advise us to not expose our internal strength under benchmark analysis.

Point of the meeting:
Content of inception report.
Theme; color, font, design. We decide to use six color for our report, more to chocolate beige.
As a summary, we decide to finalize a content for inception report which is background study, literature review, methodology, purpose, scope, action plan, etc. Besides that, we also decide to use six combination of color as our theme. This theme will be applied in all of our report.

Start construct the questions for online survey and face to face interview.
Then, all of member contributed to blast the link of survey and some members responsible to interview a respondent.
