As Chief Executive Officer (CEO), it is the highest ranking position in the HealTea company. Miss Hanis is responsible for leading the overall development and strategically planning the long term strategies of the company. This involved setting up and implementing the company vision, mission and goals to achieve. Not only that, but Miss Hanis also acts as the communicating party on behalf of the HealTea company in dealing with shareholders, potential investors and the public. To add, as the leader of the HealTea company, Miss Hanis also has to ensure that company risks are monitored and take the appropriate course of action to minimise them.

Under the financial department, Mr Alif works as the company accountant, therefore he needs to prepare accounts and compile all the financial and budget reports made. At the same time, monitoring the company spending and helping with budgeting throughout the year. He is also obligated to ensure that the financial statements and all the company records comply with the laws and regulations that have been set. If there are threats such as over-costs, Mr Alif will advise on how the HealTea company can reduce its costs and how the company can increase its overall profits.

Nur Ain Khairina Binti Mohd Rozi
Miss Ain Khairina is the HealTea company financial manager. Therefore, she is responsible for preparing the company's financial statements, prepayments and other similar accounting entries. The same goes for handling the working capital and cash flow. Her role also includes forecasting future financials and setting the company’s budget. Miss Nurulain also has to continuously identify the risks where necessary and efficiently manage the stakeholder expectations throughout the year. Lastly, as she holds the position of manager in the financial department, she leads a team that is responsible for the payroll process.

Muhammad Farris Iqbal Bin Ismail
Mr Farris is the HealTea Company, operation manager. He specialises in overseeing and monitoring the operation of the business in this case the production of HealTea’s products. In this case, he must ensure that all operation and activities are to be carried out in an appropriate manners. Mr Farris is also responsible for purchasing materials, inventory stocking and handling the warehouse overall. AS he handles the production workers, therefore he is in charge of recruiting, training and supervising them. Additionally, he also manages the dispatch and delivery of the product to the customer.

Wan Nurfarhanah Binti Wan Yuswani
Miss Nurfarhanah holds the position of human resource manager. In order to keep the company obliged with the laws, she shoulders the responsibility of ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Not only that, Miss Nurfarhanah handles the process of recruiting and interviewing new employees. As well as, evaluating every employee and worker's performance. Taking the position of Human Resource Manager, she manages the administration, updating payroll and keep everyone in the organisation updated on policy change.

Miss Cai Yun holds the position as marketing manager. On a daily basis, she will manage and help coordinate the company’s marketing activities such as researching and uses media platforms or any advertising methods to create wider exposure on HealTea company and brands through content making. She also brainstorms ideas for new campaigns and monitor them such as sustainable movement campaign and recycling campaign by HealTea inorder to increase customer engagement with the company.

Nurulain Binti Zainal Abidin
As customer service manager, Miss Nurulain supervise the customer service team which includes training, motivating and coaching the team in responding to customers' inquiries. This includes handling phone calls, checking emails and chatting with customers. No doubt that customer satisfaction is the company's top priority. Therefore, Miss Nurulain must collect and measure all the customer satisfaction and feedback in order to improve the company's performance.
