Tuhau
Tuhau is a food that is originally is one of the special traditional foods for the Kadazan-Dusun tribe. The dish can be eaten as a stand-alone meal or as a condiment. It enhances the flavor of fish and is frequently served with it. After the ginger is finely chopped, it is combined with salt, diced garlic, diced chilies, and lime juice or vinegar for acidity. Tuhau's distinctive sour and savory flavor comes from this combination.
