The goal of this team is to clearly communicate the project, to record what each team is doing, and to communicate the actual process of the project. This team is essential to the project in that they create the website and provide information that ties the different teams together so that they work together in harmony, and so that others can see how the pieces fit into the puzzle.
As the theory team, we were in charge of pulling together all the other teams' documentation and putting it on a website so that others could follow in our steps. The theory team was in close communication with data and mechanical teams so that they could get their procedures and timelines documented. The primary purpose or the creation of a website is to inspire others and aid them in creating something similar to what was previously done.
At the end of the project, the theory team is in charge of creating a conclusion about the project. The conclusion consists of data statements, 3 or 4 of which highlight the main results of the project, and discuss any sorts of problems that the data team encountered. The conclusion also includes statements regarding the method - how the trebuchet was built and what strategies were utilized to construct it, as well as any problems that needed to be solved during construction. Then there need to be material statements, which mostly focuses on which materials were used and why they were used as opposed to other materials. The conclusion must make an asertion about the original hypothesis, then develop a new hypothesis that can be tested afterwards with a difernt project or different method of approach.
