English Help
ALSA English Help merupakan bantuan (service) yang diberikan oleh Academic Development Division bagi yang membutuhkan koreksi grammar maupun translation terhadap kebutuhan ALSA LC UB maupun di luar kebutuhan ALSA LC UB. Pelaksanaanya adalah dengan menggunakan OA LINE ALSA LC UB.

Users (Local Board, Person in Charge, Project Officer, Prospective Project Officer) are required to contact the Official Account of ALSA LC UB before requesting the service.
Requests must be submitted at least 2 (two) working days before the intended date of use.
Captions submitted for translation or checking must be in their final Bahasa Indonesia version and accompanied by sufficient context if necessary.
Users are required to reconfirm their request to the Coordinator on English Activities and Training through the designated contact. Requests without reconfirmation will not be processed.
English Help services are limited to:
Caption translation;
Grammar checking;
English writing suggestions related to ALSA LC UB publications, announcements, posters, and social media content.
English Help does not provide translation or proofreading services for documents outside the scope of ALSA LC UB publications. Such requests will be handled by the Coordinator on Academic Research and Studies.
The service is conducted online through the Official Account of ALSA LC UB. Alternative platforms may be used if technical issues occur.
Users are encouraged to maintain active communication during the translation or checking process to ensure the quality and accuracy of the final result.
All information submitted during the English Help process will be treated confidentially and used solely for service purposes.
Users are expected to comply with all provisions stated in this Standard Operational Procedure.
